Dariah.lab Use Policies<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Dariah.lab  access rules which define rights and obligations related to the use of the infrastructure in conducting scientific research or development work, are set forth in the DARIAH-PL Laboratory Access Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access to the resources offered, including services, is granted to DARIAH-PL Consortium members,  other scientific\/research entities and any company or commercial entity that signs a written agreement with a member of the DARIAH-PL Consortium designated as a service provider, and that accepts the Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be advised that EMC Computer Systems Austria GmbH (based at EMC Euro Plaza, Wienerbergstrasse 41 – 43\/4. OG, 1120 Vienna, Austria) receives preferential access to the services developed within the project bacuase of its material contribution to the DARIAH-PL project. The preferential access means offering price discount proportional to the amount of the contribution (i.e., 12.5%), with the assumption that the total amount of the discount will not exceed the amount of the company’s involvement (financial contribution) in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The list of resources offered by Dariah.lab infrastructure, is presented in the Resource Catalog<\/a>.  The catalog contains basic information about each resource, including name of the institution that is the provider of the resource, the rules for obtaining access to the resource in terms of mode (open or paid) and type of access (on request or direct), and access data in the form of an address. One resource can be made available on different terms depending on the option selected by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fee for the use of Dariah.lab infrastructure resources, is specified in the Dariah-lab Price List<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
