Laboratories Kick-off Meeting

On February 19, 2021, a kick-off meeting was held for Dariah.lab laboratories. The meeting agenda included discussion of tools and services implementation rules, coordination of activities planned in each of the laboratories and rules for cooperation among various development teams.

The main purpose of the meeting, which took place on-line, was to initiate work on the so-called WNiP. i.e. services, software and resources planned to be developed in each of the five laboratories of Dariah.lab infrastructure. On the basis of the partners’ declared participation in the implementation of the respective WNiPs, working groups were formed and coordinators for these activities were selected. This was the first project meeting of this type; further work will continue within each of the laboratories.

Kick-off Meeting

Due to the pandemic situation, the project kick-off meeting was held remotely with the participation of representatives from all project partners.

The meeting was devoted to discussing the principles of work organization in the project and the formal, financial and administrative matters. Information on planned purchases of equipment and licenses was presented. Laboratory coordinators provided information on individual laboratories in the scope of planned work and issues related to the implementation of tools and services. The work already performed and planned for the project promotional contents was also presented.

Funding for the Project

DARIAH-PL project received funding for the construction of infrastructure included in the Polish Research Infrastructure Map as part of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020  Action 4.2 4/4.2/2020.

The objective of the program “Development of modern research infrastructure of the science sector” is to support selected projects of large, strategic research infrastructure of national or international character and to ensure effective access to this infrastructure for entrepreneurs and other interested entities.

The project implementation started at the beginning of 2021 and will last for 3 years. The value of the project is PLN 129,496,338.76, including a contribution from the European Funds of PLN 99,800,000.
